Decision-Making

Like all co-ops, Full Barrel is democratically governed by our members on a one-member, one-vote basis. This means members elect the board of directors that guides the policies of the co-op, and participate in referenda on big strategic decisions (like moving forward with a space). We use Loomio, an online decision-making tool developed by a NZ worker co-op, to vote, poll, and otherwise engage our membership on a variety of topics.

Community Partnerships

One of the Co-op Principles is “Concern for Community,” Full Barrel strives to be a force for good in the Burlington community! We organize our members to participate in fundraisers for, and often pour member-crafted homebrew at, various non-profit partners around town.
