Find the Others – A Cooperative Economy Mixer and Brew Tasting

Come join the movement for a more cooperative economy. Eat, drink, network, and learn with others who are working to develop systematic approaches to a more equitable, just, and empowering model of work, play, and home. Hosted by VSECU in partnership with City Market and Full Barrel Cooperative Brewery.

4:30 – 5:30 - Introductions and Networking

5:30 – 6:30 - An American in Emilia Romangna – Where Cooperatives Drive the Economy. Just back from a learning journey to Emilia-Romagna, the Italian region where two out of every three inhabitants are co-op members, Andrew Gansenberg will share insights, learnings, leading to open discussion on what a stronger cooperative sector would look like for Vermont.

Sponsored by: VSECU (host/site) - City Market (food) - Full Barrel Cooperative Brewery (libations)

FBC February Gathering: Wintervale Funzies

Full Barrel Members are gathering at the annual Wintervale event to enjoy hot cocoa and snowshoe, cross-country ski demos, the fire pit, miles of trails for winter adventures, and more.

Wintervale runs 11am - 3pm. We plan to play 11:30 - 1:30 and then perhaps head to Four Quarters for post-adventures beer(s).

We hope you can join us! #getoutside

(if the weather is horrible, or the snow doesn't exist, the Intervale Center has posted 3/10 as a backup day for the event - https://www.intervale.org/sum-wint/)

Stop by Lab B, Burlington's hackerspace, to sample the home brew creations of Full Barrel Co-op members at the Lab's Art Hop open house! Kegs will be tapped at 7, and beer will stop flowing either when we run out of beer or when 9pm hits.

If you are a home-brewer, and would like to contribute your creation to the event, please leave a comment below, and your brew will be added to the menu!

As always, our tastings are free, and you must be 21+ to try the brews, but the Lab event is open to all-ages.
